Meditation is a practice with ancient roots and research proven benefits. There are many different types. Together, we will explore the tools and toys of the meditation playground: walking, sitting, mantra, candle-gazing, awareness practices, and possibly more… Come with an attitude of self-discovery and a sense of humor! No experience necessary. Tonya is a certified fitness instructor, health coach, and therapeutic yoga teacher.
