Description:

Want to start eating less meat, but not sure how to start? In this class you’ll get a solid foundation for cooking vegetarian meals using off-the-shelf ingredients you can purchase locally. We’ll cook and eat 2 dishes per session from a variety of cuisines. Make sure to bring containers to take home any leftovers!

This session will feature greek pitas 1 surprise recipe!

About Julie:  Around 10 years ago I fulfilled my dream of becoming a cook at Vino in the Valley (5 years Cook/Head Baker). This lifelong passion for cooking has taken me to explore cooking without meat. Adding flavor with herbs and spices is the key. Hoping to share my knowledge with you all.

About Lance:  After being a meat eater most of my life, I have transitioned to eating mostly vegetarian. While it's been challenging at times, I'm enjoying the benefits of cheap, healthy, and sustainable eating. Looking forward to sharing my experience with you!
