Do you wish to relieve stress, cultivate increased range of motion, balance, and improve your endurance without sore muscles and achy feet? Tai Chi trains us to move more efficiently. The gradual shifting of weight boosts your strength, flexibility, range of motion, and reflexes. By minimizing the energy drain from our physical shortcomings, we have more energy that we can direct to greater vitality, concentration, and strength.
Class will be held primarily outside. In case of rain, class will be held under the east shelter at Glen Park.
