Wild Mushrooms: Identification & Foraging - Class Registration v3.0

Description:

Learn the basics of identifying the edible mushrooms of summer. We will discuss identification techniques, edible and poisonous mushrooms, and a bit about their uses in the kitchen. This course includes a classroom portion (Th), followed by a trip into the woods (Sa) to test your new skills. Emphasis will be put on safety and ethical harvest.

Tavis Lynch is a certified expert by the Minnesota Department of Agriculture and owner of Tavis's Mushrooms.
